defective system pesistent problem
The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. The gym had modern equipment.
The air conditioning system was defective. I set a temperature of 26 degrees but the room was stiflingly hot. I informed the staff who cleaned the filter, but the problem persisted.

amazing staff customer service friendly security
The staff are AMAZING. You do not need to leave the venue to have everything you need. The food was AMAZING!!! The customer service from all departments was also wonderful. I appreciated the friendly security, always ensuring our safety at the beach and swimming pool.
I found a slight problem. The mini-bar was empty, even though I booked all inclusive. The rooms lacked some basic guest requests too.

the furniture in the rooms seemed old the minibar was empty even though i booked all inclusive basic guest requests were not met i also found it to be a long walk from the room to the beach there were no golf carts available this was an issue

nearby attractions refreshing escape clean room
The location provides easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Staff members were always available and ready to assist guests. The main pool offers a refreshing escape, and I enjoyed spending time by the pool bar. It was relaxing. Housekeeping kept my room tidy and clean each day.
The walk from my room to the beach felt long without readily available golf carts.
